> Merge PowerPoint presentations online free. Combine .pptx decks into one with themes, layouts, speaker notes and images kept — no watermark or sign-up.

Combine slide decks into a single .pptx while themes, layouts, speaker notes and media travel along. Each deck is imported as its own set of slides, so nothing overwrites anything.

## How do I combine several PowerPoint presentations into one?

Add the presentations to Mergevanta's Merge PowerPoint tool, drag them into order and press Merge. Every slide from every deck is appended into one .pptx, keeping its theme, layouts, speaker notes and media. The merged deck downloads free, with no watermark or sign-up.

## Why use Mergevanta

- **Every slide, in order:** All slides from all decks are appended in the order you choose, with slide IDs and relationships rebuilt to stay valid.
- **Speaker notes included:** Notes, layouts, masters and embedded media are copied with each deck, so the merged file presents exactly as designed.
- **Themes kept per deck:** Each imported deck brings its own theme and slide layouts, so slides look the way their author intended.
- **Size mismatch warning:** If decks use different aspect ratios, Mergevanta keeps the first deck's canvas and tells you so you can adjust in one click.

## How to use it

1. Add two or more PowerPoint files to the studio.
2. Arrange the decks so the first one sets the presentation size.
3. Press Merge to append every slide with its notes and media.
4. Download the combined .pptx and open it in PowerPoint or Keynote.

## Frequently asked questions

### Which presentation formats are supported?

Both old and new PowerPoint files: .ppt and .pps (PowerPoint 97–2003) plus .pptx, .pptm, .ppsx and .potx. Old .ppt decks are converted automatically, so you can mix them in one merge.

### Do speaker notes and animations survive?

Speaker notes, layouts and embedded media are carried over. Complex animation timelines are preserved where the source supports them.

### What happens if the decks have different widths?

The merged deck keeps the first file's slide size. Mergevanta warns you when it detects a mismatch so you can resize slides in PowerPoint afterwards.

### Can I merge a deck with video or audio?

Embedded media parts are copied across. Very large media can slow the merge: decks over about 4 MB in total are merged in your browser, so they depend on your device's memory.

### Is merging PowerPoint files free?

Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark on your slides and no limit on how many decks you combine.
